These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NEMMX website, account system, and related features (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms incorporate our Privacy Notice by reference. If you don't agree with either document, please don't use the Site.
NEMMX may update these terms from time to time (see Changes to these terms). Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
All content on the Site — including the NEMMX name, logo, brand assets, training materials, written content, and site design — is owned by NEMMX or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from NEMMX content, or use our name or branding, without our prior written permission.
Parts of the Site may let you submit content — for example, messages through our Contact form, responses in the careers chat, or (in future) posts in a community forum or testimonial.
You keep ownership of anything you submit, but by submitting it you grant NEMMX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting NEMMX — for example, featuring a testimonial on our News page.
When using any interactive feature on the Site, you agree not to:

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@nemx.africa with: (1) a description of the copyrighted work, (2) the location of the material on our Site, (3) your contact details, and (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised. We'll review and respond to valid notices promptly.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NEMMX does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any training, consulting, or community outcome will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEMMX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold NEMMX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
NEMMX may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, including for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Site, or delete your account, at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kampala, Uganda.
Any claim arising from your use of the Site must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
We may revise these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do. Material changes will be highlighted more prominently where appropriate.
